Terms of Service — Crown

These Terms govern your use of Crown (the "Service"), operated by BlackCrown VxJ, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Crown is an AI assistant that generates responses using third-party AI models. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, and it is not a substitute for professional (legal, medical, or financial) advice.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of Crown must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

4. Plans & billing

The Free plan includes a monthly token allotment.
Pro is $29/month, billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe).
"Unlimited" usage on Pro is subject to reasonable fair-use limits to prevent abuse.
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you submit. The Crown name, brand, and site are owned by BlackCrown VxJ, LLC. Use of AI output may also be subject to the AI provider's terms.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post the revised version here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
